TERMS
Sevices less than $100.00 is due upon reciept of an invoice. Packaged plans: A 40% downpayment is required, balance is due on completion of the webpage.The balance of the outstanding bill is Net 10 Days. Interest fee's are calculated at 10%/month on the remainder of the balance until paid in full.
FREE web maintenance can banked (i.e., if no web maintenance is used within the specified period for each package, it can be carried over to the following months.).
The offered FREE web maintenance and package prices are offered to the client with a minimum 2 year committment with Digital Archiving USA/Digital Archiving Canada.
BILLING
Web Maintenance is billed every two weeks at $30.00/Hr.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax (California Sales Tax) is exempt from pre-packaged deals (see main page).
Canadian customers are G.S.T. and P.S.T. Exempt.
EXCEPTIONS
Packages/Pricing are not available in Quebec. Treaty Cards don't apply.
