Digital Archiving USA was founded in November 1999 in Dauphin, Manitoba Canada by it's current President, Karl Mesojednik as 'Digital Archiving & Imaging', archiving household contents for insurance purposes, and claims.

In less than six months, webpage authoring was added to the list of services we offered, and the first webpage authored was for the now defunct Parkland Star Fleet Battles Association, an SFB/Sci-Fi organization operating in the Parkland area of Manitoba.

Mid-2001, after a trip to California the Worldwide Headquarters was officially opened in Modesto.

The corporate headquarters of Digital Archiving/Karl Mesojednik Enterprises officially relocates to Modesto, California, USA. in 2002, and the Canadian Office remains open in Dauphin, Manitoba.

In April of 2008, relocation took us to Fresno, California.
